Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Custom-made or modified glass systems are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the claim.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide instructions and a return authorisation.
- Ship the item back to the address provided.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
