Are there any limitations on the size of glass panels used?
Yes—Australia’s National Construction Code (NCC) and AS 1288 limit sizes based on impact loads, wind loads, overhead glazing and barrier requirements.
Are your standard-size glass panels compliant with Australian Standards?
Yes—they’re toughened to AS/NZS 2208.

Yes—custom-length anchors, angle hinges, etc. Example: Polished Chrome glass-to-glass hinges in 5° increments (125°–165°), other finishes on request. Adjustable anchors from 40 mm to 50 mm.

How do I choose the mounting type of the wall-to-glass shower hinge?
- Standard plate (4 holes): max weight capacity, load dispersed both sides.
- Single-sided plate (3 holes): flush front appearance, fixings accessed from rear.
- Single-sided plate (4 holes): flush front, narrower plate, rear removal for 2 holes.
- Extended plate (4 holes): flush front, wider plate set back for corner mounts.
- 90° plate (4 holes): mounts shower door at 135° to walls at corners.

Should I use channel or brackets for my frameless shower screen?
Channels offer more stability for larger/high-use panels; brackets give a minimalist “floating” look.
How do I choose glass shelf brackets?
- MB10 & MBS10: corner shelves (one bracket each side).
- MBS10-3 & MB10-4: single-wall shelves (thicker back, 3 fixing holes).
How can I stop my shower door from opening inwards?
Use modern glass or wall-mounted doorstops.
How do I reduce movement in frameless shower panels?
Use adjustable, fixed or cut-to-length bracing products.
Do you have something to sit over a waterproof membrane?
Yes—our MSH15 aluminium shower hob (various finishes) works alone or with water bars, seals, channels, MB10/MBS10 brackets.

Can I install a Frameless Glass Balustrade without a top rail or handrail?
Yes—if the drop is under 1 m, use appropriate thickness/height of toughened safety glass. Above 1 m, a laminated interlayer (e.g. SentryGlas® SGP) may eliminate the need for a handrail. Always consult a structural engineer or qualified installer.
Do you have a glass anchor (standoff) for levelling on concrete?
Yes—the MB50x40-50/S2 Modern Glass Anchor, adjustable from 40 mm to 50 mm.

What is the minimum height for a pool fence?
1200 mm.

How do I prevent leaks in frameless shower enclosures?
- Installation: Level walls/base, use high-quality mould-resistant silicone, fit door seals & sweeps, slope floor to drain.
- Sealant & Seals: Inspect regularly, replace worn seals, install vertical seals, add a water threshold under the door.
- Maintenance: Keep drain clear, direct showerhead away from edges, consider glass water-repellent coatings.

How do I clean & maintain my frameless glass system?
- Regular cleaning: Rinse and squeegee after use; weekly 1:1 white vinegar & water, wipe with microfiber.
- Deeper cleaning: Use soap-scum removers or baking soda/vinegar paste, rinse thoroughly.
- Hardware maintenance: Inspect hinges/clamps, tighten fasteners, clean with mild soap.
- General tips: Test solutions in an inconspicuous area, avoid abrasives, consider a water softener or repellent coating.

What are the requirements for handrails on frameless glass balustrades?
A handrail is required when the drop is ≥ 1000 mm.
